On whence the Office derives its authority

The following is a list of companies, government entities, not-for-profits, scoundrels, scallywags, ne'er-do-wells and ragamuffins that The Office of Reasonable Annoyance has written to and heckled, or endorsed the heckling thereof. 

The OORA welcomes submissions from the public for bureaucratic, corrupt, unethical, or simply annoying entities at whom a whimsical criticism campaign ought to be levelled. 

Note: Efforts made by the Prank Letter Directorate sit apart from this list as innocent, harmless fun to which any corporate or public entity may be subjected, regardless of whether or not they ought be considered as an organization who "shouldn't be able to get away with it".
